Where: Delta Hotel (350 St. Mary Ave)
- Parking: The parking is located in front of the Delta Hotel. Once you enter the parking garage, turn left and park in the lower levels D-E or F-G (Green Area) for easy access to the hotel via elevators. Please ensure all belongings in your car are securely stored. To pay for parking, there are meters available near the elevator of the parkade ($7). There are cameras throughout the parking garage.
- The venue is located in the Grand Ballroom. It is in the second floor and can be accessed via elevators, stairs, and escalator.
DESCRIPTION OF THE EVENT:
- Dress Code: Formal (Hollywood Theme)
- Coat Check: Located in the foyer. Each guest is responsible for putting their coats away. Please ensure there are no valuables stored in the coats. We are not responsible for any items that are lost.
- Dinner: A 3-course meal is provided. Please choose one option of entrée (Chicken or, Vegetarian). More details of the menu will be released soon.
- Cash Bar: Bar opens at 6:00PM and close at 12:30PM. Please drink responsibly and plan a safe ride home ahead of time.
- Photo Booth: The will be a Photo Booth during the event. Capture these moments on your special day!
- Washrooms: There are washrooms accessible right outside the venue and in the first floor.
- Etiquette: Please be mindful of the area. Damages to property will result in a fine.
